About Annapolis Quilt Guild
Our Guild was established in 1981 to promote educational and philanthropic endeavors through the art of quilting. In addition the Guild is charged to create, stimulate, maintain and record an interest in all matters pertaining to the making, collecting, and preserving of quilts.
Today, we have about 300 members whose interests range from traditional to modern to art quilts, from hand piecing and quilting to machine piecing and quilting.
In addition to the meetings, the Guild hosts a large and vibrant annual quilt show, supports eight bees, hosts two retreats per year and is involved with a large number of community outreach programs.
We welcome novice quilters, experienced quilters, and anyone else interested in learning the art of quilting. Please join us!

Our meetings are held the first Monday of the month September through May. In June, we have our end of the year banquet (usually the Monday after the Quilt Show). For the months of July and August, we have informal sit-and-sew meetings at a different location. When the first Monday falls on a holiday, the meeting is held the following Monday. The meetings begin at 7:00 pm and usually last until 9:00 pm.
See our Calendar and Programs and Events for information about meetings, workshops, bees, and other Guild activities.
